有人辩护说：“新技术历来都会创造新工作。” 也许吧！我们拭目以待，但我们现在谈论的是那些旧工作。
问题不在于 AI 有聪明——它并不聪明。问题在于太多成年人（虽然不是全部）集机械、跟风、缺乏想象力、愚蠢、套路化、易受摆布、轻信盲从于一身，傲慢程度远超自身本事，而且养起来太贵。
当一个人每天只是在邮件、表格和流程之间做机械搬运，他就注定跑不赢不知疲倦、几分钱一次调用的 Agent。冲击不会先表现为轰轰烈烈的裁员，而是静悄悄的“不再招人”。 存量岗位有法律和组织惯性护着，但增量岗位直接归零；公司扩产不再靠加 headcount，而是加 token 和算力预算。
但换个角度看，这恰恰是个体和敏捷小团队最大的红利期。那些机械、跟风、按部就班的工种被清退的同时，能定义问题、有品味、懂指挥 Agent 工作流的人，第一次拥有了把个人杠杆放大十倍、百倍的武器。
20 世纪的“中产打工梦”确实要醒了；但属于超级个体和 Agentic Business 的时代，才刚开始。
