At the meeting, China Fortune Media Group and the China Beijing Equity Exchange respectively launched vertical large language model agents for state-owned asset property rights transactions to support state-owned property rights transactions.

According to the introduction, in the context of deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, revitalizing the stock assets of central enterprises and promoting the orderly disposal of non-core assets are important levers for optimizing the layout of state-owned capital and achieving the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets. At present, the field of property rights transactions still faces practical pain points such as asymmetric asset information and insufficient efficiency in matching supply and demand. The "Guozibao AI" released this time was jointly built by China Fortune Media Group with Zhongchantou Technology and Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., and has core functions such as intelligent retrieval of state-owned asset property rights projects, multi-dimensional value mining, precise matching of investors, and intelligent interpretation of policies. It covers the entire business chain of asset revitalization and will use a dual-wheel-driven digital-intelligent solution of "platform + agent" to address the pain points in the circulation of state-owned stock assets and support the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets and layout optimization.

Focusing on the practical paths for revitalizing stock assets and the practice of digital-intelligent transformation, Zhai Haozhi, deputy general manager of the China Beijing Equity Exchange, said that only by deeply embedding general AI into real industrial scenarios and continuously polishing and iterating it can computing power be transformed into productivity and promote the comprehensive digital upgrading of the property rights trading industry.

Data shows that the China Beijing Equity Exchange has continued to advance digital-intelligent innovation in property rights transactions, iteratively upgraded digital products, and built the "Beijiao Huitou" intelligent information service platform, which has now gathered more than 50,000 investment institutions and served more than 3,200 projects.
