Over 70,000 AI games on the Roblox platform; more than 80% of the top 100 titles use AI-assisted development

Roblox revealed in its fiscal year 2026 third-quarter report that the total number of AI games created using Build on the platform has exceeded 70,000, and more than 80% of the games ranked in the top 100 by playtime in September used AI-assisted development. More than 500,000 users have already used the Build tool, and this quarter two games created almost entirely by AI entered the platform's top 20 ranking by concurrent online players. Build was launched at the end of July 2026, features a mobile-first design, is open to users aged 9 and above who have completed age verification, and published AI-generated games are only available to users aged 16 and above.

据介绍，Roblox 已有超 50 万名用户使用 Build 工具。在本季度内，有 2 款几乎完全由 AI 创作的游戏，进入平台同时在线玩家数量排行榜前 20 名。
IT之家了解到，Roblox 的 Build 功能推出于 2026 年 7 月底，采用移动端优先设计策略，允许创作者借助 AI 生成游戏内容。该工具面向年满 9 周岁且完成年龄验证的用户开放，已发布的 AI 生成游戏仅面向 16 岁以上用户开放。
此外，Roblox 计划推出 Universal Player 计划，允许开发者将现有主机、PC 或移动游戏导入 Roblox 平台。从平台整体用户构成来看，2026 年第三季度 Roblox 每日活跃用户中，26% 的年龄在 18 至 34 岁之间，而未满 18 岁的用户占当季每日活跃用户的 18%。
