Realman Intelligent Releases the W1 Self-Picking Robot, Supporting Coordinated Operations of Over 50 Robots

Realman Intelligent unveiled the W1 self-picking robot at the 2026 Asian International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition. Paired with an intelligent scheduling system, it supports coordinated operations of up to 50 robots, allows for flexible addition or removal of equipment, and automatically assigns tasks, plans paths, and coordinates transfers. The robot is ready to use upon arrival, requires no modification to existing shelf aisles, and can be registered simply by photographing product feature images, lowering the threshold for automation upgrades. At the same time, Realman Intelligent showcased three major operating modes: GLN remote operation, W1 autonomous operation, and cluster collaboration.

新浪科技讯 11月4日下午消息，在2026亚洲国际物流技术与运输系统展览会上，睿尔曼智能发布W1自拣选机器人新品，宣布推动“真干活”从单点走向规模化。据悉，该机器人具备弹性扩容能力，配套智能调度系统，支持多达50台机器人集群作业，用户可根据业务情况灵活增减设备，机器人群自动分配任务、规划路径、协同转运，依靠规模效应提升吞吐量，从容应对业务高峰。
通过统一调度界面，还可实时查看W1设备位置与任务状态，任务全程留痕、异常闭环反馈，实现预见性运维，降低仓储管理成本。此外，W1自拣选机器人还支持进场即用，无需改造现有货架通道，省去繁杂视觉建档流程，仅拍摄商品特征图即可录入，大幅降低自动化改造门槛、缩短部署周期。
大会期间，睿尔曼智能还集中展示了GLN远程作业、W1自主作业与集群协同三大作业模式，助力合作伙伴更快开发、集成与交付面向物流场景的解决方案。
