凤凰网科技讯 北京时间11月7日，据彭博社报道，知情人士称，OpenAI新一轮融资已完成大约110亿美元的首期款项，对公司的估值为1.25万亿美元。
据知情人士透露，截至周五，这笔资金已汇入OpenAI账户。其中一位知情人士称，本轮融资的剩余部分预计将在未来几周内完成，融资总额最高可能达到200亿美元。
在推迟首次公开招股(IPO)计划后，OpenAI已与投资者就大规模融资进行了一个多月的谈判。彭博社此前报道称，OpenAI最初计划以1.4万亿美元的估值融资至少300亿美元。但随着AI股票在公开市场遭遇大幅抛售，该公司随后缩减了融资计划。
知情人士表示，参与首期融资的投资者包括寇图资本管理和普信集团。本轮融资的其他投资者还包括软银集团、红杉资本、Founders Fund和安德森·霍洛维茨基金。彭博社此前报道称，一个来自阿联酋的投资者财团也参与了本轮融资。
