A Baidu PR manager confirmed that Group Vice President and Baidu Research Institute Deputy Director Wu Tian has ended her tenure at Baidu. Sources say the ERNIE model will have new developments to be announced publicly next week. Wu Tian worked at Baidu for about 20 years and was one of the early principal technical leads of the ERNIE Bot model. She served as head of the Foundation Model R&D Department starting in November 2025, and in May this year transferred to serve as Deputy Director of the Baidu Research Institute. The Baidu World 2026 conference is scheduled to be held on November 12, where ERNIE Unlimited OCR 2 will be showcased and the latest upgrade achievements of the "Chip-Cloud-Model-Agent" full-stack AI will be released.

IT之家 10 月 29 日消息，针对百度集团副总裁、百度研究院副院长吴甜离职的传闻，百度公关经理在朋友圈作出回应，确认吴甜已结束在百度的任职。她表示，百度的技术工作仍在向前推进。
据接近百度的知情人士透露，文心模型方面下周将有新进展对外发布。IT之家此前报道，百度世界 2026 大会定于 11 月 12 日举行，官方信息显示大会将展示文心 Unlimited OCR 2 的技术亮点及应用潜力，并发布百度“芯云模体”全栈 AI 的最新升级成果。
公开资料显示，吴甜在百度工作约 20 年。她于 2006 年硕士毕业于浙江大学后加入百度，从技术研发岗位起步，是文心一言模型早期的主要技术负责人之一。
2025 年 11 月，百度成立基础模型研发部，吴甜出任负责人，直接向 CEO 李彦宏汇报。此后百度基础模型团队经历组织调整：今年 5 月，吴甜不再负责基础模型研发部门，转任百度研究院副院长；7 月，大模型领域技术专家孙天祥加入百度，接管基础模型研发部。
就在 10 月 27 日，百度发布并开源了文心 Unlimited OCR 2，将文档解析的处理上限从数十页扩展至任意页数。该模型在面向多页文档的 MPDocBench 和评估百页级超长文档的 MarathonDocBench 上综合得分分别为 84.6 分和 77.1 分，达到端到端性能 SOTA。其技术核心是稀疏参考滑动窗口注意力机制，在百页文档场景中，单步解码速度相比 Full Attention 和上一代方案分别提升 7 倍和 5.6 倍。实测中，该模型可一次性解析《哈利 · 波特》全系列 7 部作品、累计超过 3600 页。
