TrendForce forecasts that AI network and interconnect output value will reach US$279.8 billion in 2027, with a compound annual growth rate of 95% from 2024 to 2027. Switches remain the largest source of output value, contributing 38% (US$105 billion) next year; pluggable optical modules will reach US$84.1 billion; NIC and DPU revenue will double to US$57.4 billion by 2027; the three categories combined will account for 88%. Scale-up high-speed interconnects between AI chips are growing fastest and will account for 24% of AI network output value.

IT之家 11 月 3 日消息，TrendForce（集邦）昨日发布预测，AI 网络与互连产值在 2027 年有望达到 2,798 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 1.86 万亿元人民币）。这意味着该领域 2024~2027 年期间的复合年化增长率 (CAGR) 将达到 95%，持续实现接近翻倍的成长。

从产品结构的角度来看，交换机仍是这一细分市场的最大产值来源，有望在明年贡献 38%（1,050 亿美元）；可插拔光模块则可达 841 亿美元；NIC（网络接口卡）与 DPU（数据处理器）将在 2027 年实现营收倍增，来到 574 亿美元。上述三类合计占到 88%。
而从互连类型角度，AI 芯片间高速互连的纵向扩展 (Scale-up) 将迎来最快增长，有望占据 AI 网络产值的 24%；连接至服务器后端网络的横向扩展 (Scale-out) 将在带宽升级至 1.6T 的趋势下迎来增长。
