Anthropic hiring manager and head of engineering for Claude-related products Felix Rieseberg announced that his team will officially remove traditional coding interviews from its hiring process starting this month, believing that this kind of assessment is outdated and cannot truly reflect the abilities of modern developers. He believes this is an opportunity for junior engineers, as newcomers will no longer be shut out because of rote algorithm memorization or whiteboard coding.

凤凰网科技讯（编辑/宋淑美） 10月28日，Anthropic招聘经理、Claude相关产品工程负责人Felix Rieseberg 在社交平台发文宣布，其团队已正式将传统的编程面试从招聘流程中移除。他表示，传统的编程面试考核已经过时且失去意义，本月起不再作为考察候选人的环节。
Rieseberg指出，自己见证过太多传统的代码考核，这种测试方式已无法真实反映现代开发者的能力。他对此持乐观态度，认为对初级工程师而言，取消此类面试反而是一个机会，新人无需再因机械的算法背诵或白板编程被拒之门外。
