On the afternoon of November 3, DeepSeek's chat feature was unavailable. The official status page showed that since 16:58, the web/API had been partially interrupted, affecting the chat service, DeepSeek V4 Pro, and the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash API. The official website subsequently said that the interruption had been fixed and was being monitored, but the two APIs and the chat service were still experiencing degraded performance. 凤凰网科技讯（作者/云飞）11月3日下午，DeepSeek出现对话功能无法使用，聊天界面显示“服务器繁忙，请稍后重试”。目前，DeepSeek官网更新状态称，此前发生的网页及API服务部分中断问题已实施修复，正在监控修复效果。不过，DeepSeek V4 Pro、DeepSeek V4.1 Flash的API服务及对话服务仍存在性能下降的情况。
DeepSeek官方状态页显示，16:58分开始，DeepSeek 网页/API 部分中断，官方正在排查问题以定位原因。受到影响的服务包括对话(Chat Service)、DeepSeek V4 Pro API服务以及DeepSeek V4.1 Flash API服务。
从DeepSeek官方的服务状态记录来看，今年以来至少已有10次大范围的故障，包括“服务不可用、服务异常”等报告，以及更为频繁的“性能下降”异常报告。
10月15日上午，DeepSeek出现服务异常。网页端及App无法正常使用，向对话框发送消息后，页面提示“服务器暂时不可用”。此次故障持续时长近近5小时。
10月12日，其网页服务曾出现部分中断，网页及API服务也出现过性能下降。9月，官方记录了多次服务异常，其中9月14日的一次网页/API部分中断持续约3小时。更早之前，DeepSeek也曾发生持续时间较长的服务中断。
