Day 25/ We are doubling all usage limits for all Pro 100/200/500 tiers and Business Premium, effective today. We heard your kind feedback and won’t be reducing usage limits for Pro 200, so your Work and Codex usage will stay the same. We’re also going to continue offering extended limits for dots for now, and usage of your dot will still continue to be separate from your default usage. And we'll of course also keep shipping better models and other efficiency improvements that increase your effective usage over time.

时间是怎么推算的？来源与规则
原帖写了钟点、next hour、end of day 等时间时，先按美国太平洋时区解释，再换算为北京时间；展示窗口会保留有限的传播延迟。
只写日期时使用当天太平洋时间傍晚窗口；完全没写时间时才使用历史常见时段。预估到期不会被当作已确认事实。
预计结束后六小时内显示待确认；六小时后显示应已生效，仍不代表官方确认。日历和日期详情使用同一北京时间日期。
“已确认”只来自 Tibo 的明确确认或经审核的到账回执。重置卡与直接额度重置分别记录，发卡不代表额度已经恢复。
