Cloudflare OS Launches Managed Service, Adds GitHub and Gmail Connections

Cloudflare has announced a managed service for its AI business platform Cloudflare OS, with waitlist registration now open. Cloudflare OS was open-sourced in August this year and can be deployed in Cloudflare environments, on-premises, or in the cloud. It supports integration with Cloudflare Workers AI as well as AI services from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others, and has the ability to securely access enterprise internal data. Two features were added this time: first, connecting to GitHub repositories, allowing AI agents to add features, debug, view PRs, create commits, and push code based on repository code; second, strengthening the Google Workspace integration, so agents can read and search Gmail conversations, draft and send emails, and connect to Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

How to continue a GitHub Copilot app session in VS Code

Sessions in the GitHub Copilot app can be opened directly in VS Code, with the conversation, code changes, and working context fully preserved. VS Code opens the worktree associated with the session and displays the original session in the Copilot sidebar, making it easy to review the diff line by line, edit manually, run tests locally, and finally commit and push to the pull request corresponding to that session.

The author used the Chinese-localized version of Codex, DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017, and the Hermes agent to generate a four-quadrant sticky note app from a single prompt and automatically upload and publish it to GitHub. The finished product supports Chinese and English, a time capsule, free resizing of sticky notes, and local saving, and is packaged as a single-file portable app; the first version generated a static index.html in about six or seven minutes, and later iterations changed it to a sticky-note format. The whole process cost a little over four yuan.
