The WeChat Pay Smart Operations Robot has debuted in-store "working" at Guangdong 7-ELEVEN's 2,000th store (at the Shenzhen Tencent headquarters campus), where it supports greeting, shopping guidance, and ordering, and can recommend products and discount bundles and assist with placing orders. The robot is built on Tencent Hunyuan and, with multi-turn dialogue and Agent capabilities, assists stores with daily sales, payment collection, and operations; it also features the Tencent Tianlai inside audio solution to hear users clearly in noisy environments.

IT之家 11 月 1 日消息，10 月 29 日，广东 7-ELEVEN 第 2000 家门店在深圳腾讯总部园区开业。
当天，一台印有微信支付标识的智慧经营机器人第一次进店“打工”，这款机器人能推荐商品和优惠套餐，帮忙下单。选好了，再自己扫码买单。

官方表示，迎宾、导购、点单，智慧经营机器人分担一部分，店员就能腾出手补货、热饭、照顾现场。
IT之家获悉，这款机器人基于腾讯混元打造，通过模型出色的多轮对话和 Agent 能力，辅助门店的日常销售、收款和经营。
此外，微信支付智慧经营机器人搭载了腾讯天籁 inside 音频解决方案，即使店内环境嘈杂，也能“听清”用户声音。
