Fasoo AI’s artificial intelligence (AI) security solution, AI-R DLP (AI Radar DLP), has been named Security Solution of the Year in the retail category at the Cybersecurity Breakthrough Awards.
Fasoo AI announced that AI-R DLP prevents personal information and sensitive corporate data from leaking through prompts or file attachments when users interact with AI systems. Using AI-powered natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning, the solution analyzes context to identify and detect confidential information.
The solution supports post-processing measures for sensitive data, including blocking its transmission to AI systems or masking specific portions. For South Korean companies, it can also detect data according to security classifications — Confidential (C), Sensitive (S) and Open (O) — under the National Network Security Framework (N2SF) policy.
“Preventing sensitive data leaks has become a critical security challenge as AI adoption expands, particularly in industries such as retail, where protecting customer information is essential,” said Son Jong-gon, an executive at Fasoo AI. He added that the company would accelerate portfolio expansion and global market development, leveraging data security and governance to help customers pursue AI transformation (AX) safely.
