Meta（Muse 与 Meta Business Agent）和 Sierra 正在与 Genesys、NiCE、Decagon、Rocket、Shopify、Stripe、Walmart 等行业伙伴共同制定一项开放标准，用于定义个人智能体如何与企业交互。David Singleton 表示，这项工作的动机是让使用 Muse 的人体验更顺畅，也让服务共同客户的企业受益。
