DigitalOcean has launched a public preview of Signals, Simulations, and Insights, and a private preview of Agent Data Services.
DigitalOcean 已开启 Signals、Simulations 和 Insights 的公测预览，并开放 Agent Data Services 的私测预览。Signals 可读取实时智能体流量并标记出错会话，例如工具调用成功但查询了错误区域；用户可将被标记会话转为测试，由 Simulations 用修复方案重放整段对话。Agent Data Services 则让智能体查阅旧客服录音和文档以定位问题根因。

DigitalOcean has launched a public preview of Signals, Simulations, and Insights, and a private preview of Agent Data Services.
With these tools, teams can now catch issues with the first affected user and test the fix on that exact conversation before releasing.
> Signals can read live agent traffic and flag sessions that went wrong, like a tool call that succeeded but queried the wrong region.
> Users can turn a flagged session into a test, and Simulations will replay the whole conversation with the proposed fix.
> Agent Data Services allows the agent to review old support call recordings and documents to figure out what caused the problem.
