ESTsoft Wins JDC Private AI Model Contract
ESTsoft 于 10 月 21 日宣布，已赢得为济州国际自由城市开发中心（JDC）构建内部生成式 AI 语言模型（sLLM）的合同，将在 JDC 服务器上部署 sLLM，并开发结合 AI 智能体的业务支持平台。其中，参数量至少 30B 的模型处理日常问答，至少 120B 的模型处理复杂长文本推理任务。ESTsoft 还将嵌入约 3.8TB 的 JDC 内部文档，提供基于 RAG 的 AI 文档检索服务，并建设可通过 API 调用执行任务的 AI 智能体环境及 Agent Builder。

AI services company ESTsoft said on Oct. 21 that it has won a contract to build an internal generative AI language model (sLLM) for the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC).
The project aims to establish a generative AI environment that enables secure data use within an isolated internal network while complying with security and personal information protection regulations. ESTsoft plans to deploy an sLLM on JDC's servers and develop a business support platform combining the language model with AI agents.
The company will first develop specialized business support chatbots for JDC's key operations, including development projects, duty-free retail, budgeting, safety management, contracts and human resources. Language models with at least 30 billion parameters will handle routine questions and answers, while models with at least 120 billion parameters will process complex, long-form reasoning tasks to deliver response quality suited to each function.
ESTsoft also plans to embed approximately 3.8TB of JDC's internal documents to provide an AI document search service based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The service will integrate with existing systems, including the enterprise content management (ECM) system, and external data sources to keep responses up to date.
The company will also establish an AI agent environment capable of executing business tasks. It will develop action-oriented agents that operate through API calls and provide an Agent Builder that allows users to design and execute workflows involving multiple collaborating agents. This will enable JDC to independently expand its use of AI in the future. ESTsoft will also implement security and monitoring systems tailored to the isolated network environment, along with LLMOps.
