Parallel Loop on October 14 announced its formal launch, backed by 6.6 million in seed funding, led by 3one4 Capital. The company has teams in Bengaluru, Bangkok, London, and Dubai.
The company, founded in June by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, is an AI operating partner for mid-market and large enterprises. They partner with more than 10 enterprises across industries and geographies, blending AI with clients’ existing technology, organisational context, and workflows. Notable companies include Licious and Havells in India and Thailand-based Tokio Marine Safety Insurance.
“Intelligence has become abundant. What many organisations lack is the context, systems and capability to turn this into tangible business outcomes,” said Jogani.
Although AI works rapidly, it is imperative to ensure that the basic structure of rules, decisions, and know-how is integrated into the workflow, necessitating AI to connect with systems, meetings, emails, messaging tools, and individual teams to unlock its maximum potential. This can show up as serving customers in new ways, entering new markets, and running operations faster.
“Parallel Loop addresses that gap by helping our clients build capability and scale AI to transform the way they operate and achieve their most ambitious goals,” Jogani added.
Its AI stack is combined with forward-deployed engineers who work alongside client teams to connect existing systems, processes and organisational knowledge, and to build AI workflows and applications. The process includes three connected capabilities.
AI Enablement collaborates with the leadership team to identify valuable opportunities for AI intervention, defining roadmaps to assist in building practical capability inside the organisation.
AI Stack is one secure, governed and fully modular stack shared across functions. It joins existing systems with organisational context and powers everything from instant live dashboards to end-to-end deterministic workflows.
Then comes Software Factory, wherein forward-deployed engineers and AI agents work alongside the client’s team to modernise critical legacy systems and build new applications in a fraction of the usual time.
The stack works with multiple model providers, including open-weight models, so clients are not locked into a single provider. It keeps an audit trail of prompts, responses, context changes and actions. Clients retain ownership of their data, organisational context, and client-specific work built for them.
“Today, several hundred of our employees across the organisation use Parallel Loop as their everyday AI platform for workflows, automations, and dashboards. Work that used to sit in legacy systems and old reporting tools now starts with a simple question in chat,” Pramod Mundra, the President and CIO at Havells India Limited.
