The consumer FSD is different from the Cybercab system. The former is rated L2, the latter L4.
But the Cybercab deployment is proving to be fraught with issues and is very slow: 160 cars deployed. Only in Austin. In 2019, Elon said "I feel very confident predicting autonomous robotaxis for Tesla next year... We will have more than a million robotaxis on the road."
Also, I'm the dumbass who invented the neural net architecture used by Tesla for their vision systems. Looooool.
