If you have way too many apps and agents (45!) connected to your Google account like me, here's a prompt to audit and remove them:

1. Review EVERY app across all connection categories. Ask me which ones I still use rather than guessing.
2. Open each app's details. Distinguish basic Google sign-in from permissions to access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other data.
3. Suggest which to keep, disconnect, or ask me about. Explain your reasoning and what might stop working. Flag broad permissions, unfamiliar providers, and duplicate entries.
4. Show me your recommendations before changing anything. Only disconnect apps I explicitly approve, then verify they're removed. Don't delete app accounts or cancel subscriptions.”
