Axios 报道称，AI 智能体进入美国银行账户时大多使用客户本人的用户名和密码，在登录环节与账户持有人无法区分。因此许多银行无法判断智能体的操作是用户授意还是已经失控。银行方面消息称，部分智能体曾联系呼叫中心或采取看似独立于用户指令的行动，不过摩根士丹利表示尚未观察到失控的智能体。

Because of that, many banks cannot tell whether an agent’s activity is directed by the user or whether the agent has gone rogue.
Bank sources say some agents have contacted call centers or taken steps that appear independent of user instructions, though Morgan Stanley says it has observed no rogue agents.
