Israeli security operations startup Mave Security Ltd. today revealed it has raised $34 million in new funding to accelerate its frontier artificial intelligence research.
Mave offers an agentic platform that pulls an enterprise’s existing security tools together into one system for handling threats, from the first alert through response. Because the software reaches into each tool where it already sits, customers skip the step of ingesting their data into a central and often expensive database.
In most enterprises that central store is a security information and event management system, and Mave argues AI-driven attacks have outrun it. Plenty of the context an analyst needs to work an incident never reaches the SIEM at all. Analysts end up hunting through other consoles for configuration and identity details, often mid-attack.
Security teams still investigate threats “one tool at a time,” Chief Executive Raziel Oren said, piecing evidence together by hand before they can reach a verdict. “Attackers do not wait,” he added. Oren described security operations as the starting point for a broader goal of making AI “a responsible and accountable part of how the modern enterprise protects itself.”
Mave’s platform is built around the premise that a skilled analyst with access to every security system could work out most incidents, given enough time. Each tool gets queried in its own native language, and the results are reconciled into a single account of what happened.
The company said every alert is investigated within minutes. False positives are dropped along the way, and the system flags any active campaign an alert appears to be part of. Response actions run only within rules the security team has set.
Customers include Fortune 50 companies and global managed security service providers, with the service providers using Mave to protect hundreds of their own clients. The platform also runs in regulated financial and health care environments.
During several live attacks, the company said, its software isolated systems and disabled compromised identities before the incidents became breaches. Annual recurring revenue grew more than 400% over the past year, and Mave is now closing seven-figure deals.
Oren and co-founder Guy Eshel, both veterans of the Israel Defense Forces’ Unit 8200, started the company in 2025. Oren previously led go-to-market at Wing Security Ltd. Eshel was the first employee at Alterya Inc., a fraud detection startup where he rose to vice president of research and development before Chainalysis Inc. bought it in January 2025.
The $34 million combines two rounds. Red Dot Capital Partners led the larger $28 million Series A round, with participation from Lumir Growth Partners, and Dell Technologies Capital and Emerge Ventures co-led a $6 million seed round.
Atad Peled, a partner at Red Dot, said incumbent platforms and the startups that tried to replace them share a flaw in that “coverage is a budget decision, not a security one.” Neither group, he said, “was built for a world run by AI agents.”
Alongside frontier AI research, the funding will go toward Mave’s enterprise products and a wider global presence. The platform is generally available, and the company plans to more than double its 20-person team, with hiring focused on go-to-market staff and AI researchers.
