Gstack 更新：适配 Capy 并精简旧代码

gstack 已经有了很大演进。它现在具备 Capy 感知能力（可配合其 Captains 软件工厂使用）。随着前沿模型能力提升，Garry 精简了约 1k 行旧模型脚手架代码。新增了低价值测试审计、更强的 /autoplan、改进的 /cso 运行时检查、多主机支持、GBrain 同步、无人值守模式，以及每日 1.91.x 修复。Star 数已超过 137k。运行升级即可跟上最新版本。

gstack has evolved a lot. It's now Capy-aware (works with their Captains software factory). Garry trimmed ~1k lines of old model scaffolding since frontier models improved. Added test-audit for low-value tests, stronger /autoplan, better /cso runtime checks, multi-host support, GBrain sync, unattended modes, and daily 1.91.x fixes. Stars are past 137k. Run the upgrade to catch up.
