Perplexity 升级 Mac 应用语音模式，底层改用 OpenAI 的 gpt-live-1 语音模型，可在一次语音会话中同时处理多个 Computer 会话、启动新任务并创建管理 Projects。Perplexity 近期还上线在 Mac 本地直接运行 AI 的能力，支持离线模式与注重隐私的 AI 工作流。

Earlier this year, OpenAI unveiled its gpt-live-1 voice model. This includes the ability for the model to listen to you while it speaks. Starting today, Perplexity has upgraded its Mac app voice mode by using gpt-live-1 under the hood.

We’ve updated voice mode in Perplexity. Work across multiple Computer sessions at once, start new tasks, and create and manage Projects in one voice session.
Separately, Perplexity recently launched the ability to run AI directly on the Mac without relying on cloud models. This unlocks offline mode as well as privacy-focused AI workflows.
