NVIDIA 携手合作伙伴扩展城市 AI:共享基础设施与数字孪生
NVIDIA Expands City AI with Shared Infrastructure and Digital Twins

NVIDIA announced on November 3, 2026, that it and its partners are expanding physical and agentic AI services for cities worldwide, spanning resident assistance, traffic management, urban planning and industrial operations. The projects combine shared computing infrastructure, AI agents and digital twins while keeping local governments in control of sensitive data processing and use.
The worldwide push builds on the EMEA city-operations initiatives announced on October 14, 2026, which focused on locally operated AI factories and public-service applications. It adds projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, Malaysia, Nigeria, Taiwan and Morocco alongside work in Spain and Poland.
Shared infrastructure is intended to give city departments, neighboring municipalities and local developers a common foundation, allowing them to extend services without each organization acquiring and managing its own resources. Depending on the workload, NVIDIA RTX workstations or a small GPU system may be enough for a city team to begin building AI services.
In Spain, 1MillionBot combines open-source ALIA models trained at Barcelona Supercomputing Center with NVIDIA Nemotron and other models in agents for Madrid Digital and Administració Oberta de Catalunya. NVIDIA reports more than 150 deployments across Spain; the agents handle municipal procedures, appointment requests, urban-planning incidents and service inquiries.
LiveX announced AI City on November 3, 2026, with life-size, human-like AI Hosts that provide navigation, personalized recommendations and conversational assistance in airports, hospitals, retail stores and other public venues. The expanded product includes interactive 3D maps, 3D product recommendations, multilingual translation and a Physical AI Host experience coordinated by Lyra, its agent layer.
LiveX reports deployments at more than 100 customer sites, including San José Mineta International Airport, El Camino Hospital, SAP Center, PUMA stores, and Marriott and Hilton hotels. The system runs on NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs and uses Cosmos world models, a fine-tuned Nemotron model and the Metropolis blueprint for video search and summarization (VSS), while Omniverse libraries can support location-aware digital twins.
In Wrocław, Poland, K2K is building shared AI infrastructure with NVIDIA accelerated computing, Cosmos world reasoning models and the Metropolis VSS blueprint. The system is designed to turn existing camera streams into operational information for mobility, safety and event response across several city functions.
ITMAX bundles infrastructure and agentic AI applications into long-term managed services for Malaysian cities, including traffic management. NVIDIA reports that ITMAX’s SamurAI V2 vision agents are scaling on RTX PRO 6000 GPUs toward support for more than 17,000 cameras by 2027, with signal-timing tests on Laplace Intelligence’s open-source TeraSim platform reducing peak-hour corridor travel times by up to 26%.
Linker Vision unveiled Linker AI Nexa on November 3, 2026, connecting real-time city data with government standard operating procedures. Its Sense, Predict, Decide and Act stages interpret camera and IoT sensor data, simulate potential outcomes, identify responsible teams and recommended actions, and coordinate workflows through connected systems. Nexa uses Metropolis VSS and Cosmos to interpret real-world conditions, Omniverse libraries and OpenUSD for digital twins, and Nemotron reasoning models for natural-language scenario exploration.
For Taipei’s urban-forest work with Dutch architecture firm MVRDV, Linker Vision reports that its environmental, social and governance agent can simulate 15-year canopy, shade and thermal-comfort outcomes in 10 minutes and support multiple design iterations in one hour, compared with approximately two weeks per iteration. The companies are exploring European opportunities in Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Berlin, Germany.
At Dangote’s Lekki refinery in Nigeria, Honeywell’s Forge Plant Cognition uses Nemotron-powered agents to interpret operational data. The platform runs on Dell PowerEdge servers with NVIDIA RTX PRO accelerators and is intended to help operators identify bottlenecks and anticipate equipment and process issues. An Omniverse-based digital twin of the plant and its processes is planned for simulation and training.
At Morocco’s Tanger Med port, Cires Technologies is expanding a sovereign AI factory for planned applications in worker safety, congestion analysis, cargo routing and port operations. It is also building an ecosystem of application providers to develop local models and applications for ports and cities.
Barcelona Supercomputing Center’s AI Factory Accelerator Programme is in full operation following a pilot, providing startups with sovereign computing access, technical support and training. That supplies a local development path alongside the shared city systems and managed services described in the other projects.
Together, the projects make shared infrastructure the connective layer across resident services, planning and operations. Their next test is whether that foundation can expand across departments and municipalities while preserving local data control and clear responsibility for AI-driven actions.
